  • Do we have to have food for our event?
    If alcohol is served, we have an appetizer menu to choose from. However, if you are only having a meeting, skip the food!
  • When should we pay for the event?
    All Payments must be made prior to the event.
  • Can I bring my own food?
    We only allow cakes and items for guests with dietary restrictions to be brought into the building.
  • Can we have our wedding at Truist Stadium during a baseball game?
    Yes! We will even host the after-party at one of our premium bars or venue spaces!
  • Where is the facility?
    We are located within the Truist Stadium, home of the Winston-Salem Dash. We are located right off Highway 421 Salem Parkway. You can't miss us!
  • Do you still cater during the baseball season?
    Absolutely! Whether it's a wedding post-game or at another venue, we are happy to cater your next event!
  • My event is tomorrow, and a lot of guests are no longer going to attend the event. Can we lower the price?
    Unfortunately, we cannot lower the price up to five days from the event. We have already purchased the food for the party.
  • I really don’t want hamburgers and hot dogs at my wedding. Can you do something else?
    We don’t want to serve that at your wedding either! Give our chef a challenge! How does a prime rib or roasted lamb sound?
  • Do I need to bring my own decorations?
    Before you go out and purchase decorations for a one-time event, please look at what we have! We have a large selection of centerpieces, candles, vases, you name it! Ask us what we have before purchasing!
  • Is there enough parking for my group?
    We have adequate parking spaces on-site. If more parking is needed, we have an in-house shuttle service that can reach downtown Winston-Salem.
  • Does the service charge include gratuity for the staff?
    Service Charge does not cover gratuity.
  • Do we have to have a bar?
    No! We will even go as far as to take bottles down from view and cover up beer signs.
  • Can you cater my wedding at another location?
    Absolutely! We have catered events hours away from our home venue!
  • Do you only handle the food service?
    We are your one-stop shop! We specialize in food service, but if you need other services, just ask! We have preferred vendors such as DJs, rental companies, florists, photographers, and more. We are happy to coordinate everything up for you!
  • I was there last month for a corporate event. The crab cakes are to die for! Can I just get some for 30 people next Friday?
    Of course! Would you like remoulade sauce with that?
  • Is there a service charge? What does that cover?
    We do have a 20% charge. The service charge allows us to provide excellent customer service throughout the scheduling and event date.
  • Can I bring in outside alcohol?
    We provide all alcohol. If you enjoy a specific brand of beer, let us know, and we will have it in stock! We do allow you to bring in Wine for a corkage fee.
  • I’ve never tried your food. Can we do a sampling?
    Sure! Depending on the food item, you can make an appointment to schedule your tasting.
  • My son really loves the Dash baseball team. Can the mascot Bolt pop in and say hey during the event?
    I think we can pull some strings! (yes!)
