Imported and Domestic Cheese & Fruit Display

A fine selection of imported and domestic cheeses, gourmet crackers, assorted flat breads, with a seasonal selection of crisp garden vegetables (fresh and pickled). Served with seasonal fresh fruits and berries

Grilled Vegetable Platter

Asparagus, peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant and portobello mushrooms

Deli Platter

Roast beef, smoked turkey, ham, salami, sliced cheeses, with rolls and condiments

Pasta Station

Assorted pastas tossed with marinara, alfredo, olive oil with garlic and fresh basil, scampi butter, roasted red peppers and pesto

Mashed Potato Bar

Your guests will fill their own martini glass with our mashed potatoes. Sundae with toppings to include: chopped ham, bacon, shredded cheddar, chopped peppers, scallions, sour cream, whipped butter and gravy

A selection of French pastries, mini éclairs, cream puffs, chocolate-dipped strawberries, berries and cream

All-American Sweet Table

Chocolate layer cake, Southern pound cake, New York-style cheesecake with strawberry sauce, and peanut butter pie

Southern Dessert Station

Warm chocolate banana bread pudding, rum sauce, pound cake with fresh berries and vanilla cream

Chocolate Fountain
